86.82% of voters voted for Alexander Lukashenko in the elections in Belarus

Aleksandr Lukashenko received 86.82% of votes in the presidential elections in Belarus, CEC Chairman Igor Karpenko reported at the Information Center, BelTA has learned.
Preliminary information on the number of votes cast for each candidate for President of the Republic of Belarus:
- Gaidukevich Oleg Sergeyevich – 2.02%;
- Kanopatskaya Anna Anatolyevna – 1.86%;
- Lukashenko Aleksandr Grigoryevich – 86.82%;
- Syrankov Sergei Aleksandrovich – 3.21%;
- Khizhnyak Aleksandr Nikolayevich – 1.74%;
- Against all – 3.60%.
The final press conference of the CEC of Belarus “On the preliminary results of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus” will be held on 27 January at 11:00 in the Information Center of the CEC of Belarus.
